Welcome to the Suncoast Chapter of BOAF Website
Our chapter includes Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. We currently have 231 members and are dedicated to providing a platform for open discussions on the complexities of interpreting and understanding the intent of Florida’s Building Codes. Open table forums are conducted throughout the year on various current code related topics in hopes to provide understanding of and new ideas on how to deal with our ever changing building environment. We provide educational opportunities necessary to obtain license renewal and continued professional growth for our members.
In our efforts to support our communities beyond our commitment to public safety and service each year, we donate to an organization that is providing a charitable service creating positive effects in our communities. Keeping in line with our commitment to our profession’s continuing education and growth, we sponsor a scholarship that is for members in good standing and their families.
